In response to Jer's comment that commentaries are just people talking about nothing: Watch the commentary for the movie "The Blair Witch". It is actually one of the best and most informative commentaries I have ever seen.
Alternatively, the commentary for "Kung Pow!" runs out of steam about five minutes into the movie. At one point, the director states that if anyone's still listening, they've achieved best friend status and he should invite them over for dinner. I can't remember if this is before or after he takes a phone call without stopping the recording.
